We are very pleased with the output of the HSCS team, Throughout the eight month project, we felt confident in their approach and depth of knowledge. Communication is key for complex projects like this. It was important to us that our customers and patients were not disrupted and HSCS managed to deliver a seamless transition to the new DC.

HSCS provided much needed band-width and professional expertise to assist us both in delighting our valued customer Clinisupplies whilst also supporting our growth. The quality of the personnel supplied by HSCS integrated seamlessly with our internal team and worked closely with all of our suppliers to deliver an exciting new operation in the Midlands. This allowed myself and my senior team to concentrate on winning new business and supporting our existing customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to utilise HSCS services again and recommend them to others requiring similar support.

I hired a HSCS consultant to work with me as a project manager as we took back the management of an outsourced warehouse. Alex integrated himself seamlessly into our organisation, creating a detailed cross functional project plan that spanned systems, process, HR, operational design, testing and integration and managed the cut-over plan. His calming influence and ability to get things done, enabled the project to be delivered on-time, with a successful go-live. My only criticism is I couldn’t hire Alex as part of the on-going team!

Alex joined L’Oréal as part of the procurement team but based separately in our DC in Trafford Park. Over a very short period of time Alex became a valued asset to the business. He built relationships with key business owners quickly, hit the ground running on key projects and delivered what he set out to do. All with a smile on his face. If we could we would have kept him and will definitely take him back. I would recommend Alex to any company looking to work with a trust worthy and knowledgeable operational and procurement specialist.

Alex knows what good looks like in carrier management, service and pricing. Really knows what he is doing on an international scale, great at negotiation and very into the detail. Great advisor with a broad skillset, good communicator and self motivated. Engaged with stakeholders well, measured  approach, really valuable to a business going through change. Provided structured project plans, got the correct people on board and provided clear updates around progress and risks.
